Anyone know what this foreign coin is?

I picked up this foreign coin at a garage sail today, I have no clue where it is from or the composition although it looks like silver.
If anyone knows anything about it could you please tell me? Thanks.

I didn't know the Russian coin was worth that much.

The 1961 date is worth only 50 cents in F, while 1965 is worth $22. It all depends on the rarity.
