Anyone Recognize the Mark on this 14K Gold Charm?

I got this heart charm or pendant in a box lot of tokens at an auction. I am not familiar with the mark, it appears to be a stylized JP or something like that. Weighs 1.6 grams. Thank you for any help!

It's a small C in a circle. Like a copyright mark. I can try for a clearer pic when I get back home

I believe that may be the date mark. Now to figure out the rest.

It is a copyright mark. The jewelers mark is to the left of the copyright and 14k mark.
