Saw this little ditty in FB news today... "On Christmas Day 1837, in the sawgrass marshes at the northern edge of Lake Okeechobee, the largest single engagement of the Second Seminole War was fought between U.S. Army forces under Colonel Zachary Taylor and a Seminole force led by chiefs Alligator, Sam Jones, and Wild Cat"
Curious if anyone has found artifacts from that battle and what they were?
