Anyone remember the "Screw" underwater scoop/ retriever device/

This thing was used, actually cranked, and it dug into the sand and up came the sand and target like a screw??

Don't use it anywhere by the Balboa Pavilion or some parts of Balboa. You'll get about a foot & hit some nasty black funk.
