I stumbled on a sluice called CleanGold on a website called fossickers.com
I am interested in the cleanup sluice.
It looks like a combination of sluice/miller table and they make some impressive claims.
I was wondering if anyone has seen one or used one and your thoughts.
Thank you

dont beleive all that you read!

I echo that sentiment. A trip to their testimonials page revealed only glowing reports about their Pyramid Pan, absolutely nothing about the CleanGold sluice. I was also suspicious after watching one of the demo videos where the Pyramid was used, but somehow the fella conveniently "forgot" to video the end results. As for the CleanGold, just from a picture it would be difficult to guage it's efficacy, but the construction looked crappy. The concept of a "magnetic sluice" somehow also seems a bit far fetched as precious metals are not attracted to magnets. I'll stick to my drop riffle.

Caveat Emptor.

You have to buy it before they'll show you how it works! I think NOT!

I want Hoser to build a sluice and a cleanup sluice and sell them.

over on the old, now gone site that 49ermike had, there was a discussion on that clean gold sluice and the owner of that sluice threatened Mike with a lawsuit if he didnt stop and erase all of that thread!i wouldt take one of his sluices if he gave them away!

Yes and I was one of the first guy's in the US to buy one. I did many head to head test with 3 "C.S." in series mounted on a sheet of wood with a stand vs the Le Trap and the results were exactly the same. The difference being the Le Trap is less than $80 and the triple C.S. sluice was so heavy I mounted a carrying handle on it! Man you surely didn't want to carry that dude too far as it puts a strain on your back. Also since the triple sluice was so heavy I bought adj. legs for it. Ahh yes and one more point, to run the thing you first pour your saved black sand on it as that is what becomes you riffles and by the time your done you've got a huge amount of black sand to process where the LeTrap gives you a small amount of cons to work.

Hope this helps,

Randy

S4G-did for years and retired from producing and now nuttn' but gold. Too hard to sit in factory, store, doing demos and shows whilst everyone else out having fun and finding gold. Much happier this a way. But still prototype all the time. What a addict-John
