Anyone work with Fisher Customer service before? Need a contact.

Hi folks,
I need to send my cz-5 in for service. It's just not pleased with me. I don't know what the deal is. In autotone mode it just sits there a chirps constantly and rhythmically... So annoying.

Has anyone had any good experiences w/ anyone in particular at Fisher? Contact name or phone number or email would be GREAT!!

Felix is the only one at Fisher who gives out the repair authorization numbers aka RA#. He has been very helpful with my 1280X problems. Just call the customer service number and ask for him. Good Luck.
