I found the dog tag at an old house site along with the thing with the patent date and lock, the rest of the stuff I found in a park

nice finds!, love the dog tag, that one is an oldie too. how much do you think that would sell for? I know there are collectors out there on those early ones. what is the other thing with the patent date on it?
