snyders? St. Charles?

In looking at it further, looks to be a Kirk. Here is a similar ones, one is from a Kirk site. One of my favorite pieces.

I believe snyders and st Charles are actually from 2 different periods. Snyders are woodland and have a wider shoulder. St Charles are similar to dovetails I believe and early archaic. The flaking is not evident on the piece that well, but there are large diagonal flakes removed long with steep beveling. This is an indication of archaic. I think it's a Kirk. :)
