Hi, this is my first time posting in this part of treasurenet as I usually don't look for Indian artifacts...however my son, wife and I went to a beach in the Searsport maine area and I have been told arrowheads have been found numerous times before exactly were we went hunting for these.

I know almost nothing about Indian artifacts so please forgive my ignorance! Lol!

Sorry diesel, but I don't see anything that would get my attention as a probable indian artifact if I was to pick it up myself, but the 3rd pic. (I think) with all the little lines in it is interesting as rocks go.
Keeping your eyes open and asking questions is the sure way to learn though. Hope you all had a great time at the beach with your family!
And I must add, I couldn't agree more with the "signature " statement in your personal profile! Happy Hunting!

Thanks guys!!! I was sure the first picture was a arrowhead!! Lol! We had a great day at the beach and hiking the trails on the island.
I think the more arrowheads and tools I see will give me a better idea what I'm looking at. It's a fun new type of treasure hunting, I think my son is hooked!
