The first and second ones look interesting , the third is a modern repro and the rest are naturally shaped rocks.

[monsterrack]

4,6,7,9,10 are just natural rocks. 8 and 5 are chips from flintknapping. #1 looks to be a point that didn't get worked on much ( can't tell you if it's old or a reproduction. #2 looks to be a broken end of a blade and #3 is a gift shop special reproduction.

thanks you all helped a lot. Can you help me with this one?

it appears to be a hammer, you can see where it was attached and marks from hitting. Found it where Indians traveled in the Mojave where there is no water for natural rounding

[The Grim Reaper]

#2 is the only piece I see that could be part of an actual ancient artifact. All the rest are modern Points (#1 and #3) and natural stones (all the rest). A Hammerstone will show peck marks on it from being used, not polish.

Look at these examples. The dark spots on these is the original outer cortex of the Quartz nodule and the lighter sections are where they were used as Peck Stones. These all came from the same site.

But how do you explain the rock being perfectly polished when i found it on an Indian trail in the Mojave

Millions of years of exposure to wind, rain, sand, etc can polish stones like glass. A stone that has been used as a Tool will show some kind of pecking or grinding on it like the examples I showed you above. Your piece is not a Hammerstone. It's just a naturally polished stone.
