Not 100%, but I believe it is anti-aircraft artillery. I think your picture is upside down.

It's a U.S. Army air defense artillery enlisted man's collar disk, displaying a missile superimposed on the traditional crossed-cannon artillery insignia. It was designed in April 1957 and authorized to be worn beginning January 1, 1958.
