Arrowhead???

Is this an arrowhead I tried to take good clear pics but it's hard. Haha. There is lettering on the one end and what looks like an angel. If anyone has input to what I found I would be appreciative.

It looks like your rock is Iron stained or stained by red clay.Quartz.IMO it is natural.
