I rarely go looking specifically for arrowheads. I usually find them while metal detecting in plowed fields. i have a couple frames of the better ones I have picked up along with a couple scrapers.

Every once in a while you will sneak up on one sunbathing on a dirt pedestal :laughing7:

You have some really nice examples there!

I used to walk the fields as a kid and find a few and i need to get back out there!

those are some nice looking points, I went sixty years without ever finding any , in the last two years I've found 20 in an area that's 75'x45' that I cleared for a vegetable garden. mine are made of quartz.

Quartz is the most commonly used material in the mid Atlantic seaboard area. I'm glad you started finding them.
