Art Deco watch, Tombac Crotal, coppers

Ran around putting out the fires this morning.
64F by 2PM
On site by 2:25 @ the top of the hill.

Fun 2 hrs till I was asked to share for the evening hunt.
My shadow was long by then, no problem.
I don't want to get in the way of the buck hunt.

So 2 hrs produced some finds.
I have hit this site 6 full day hunts with the Deus 1 and once with the Etrac.
The Deus 2 opened up the site for me again.
Impressive machine.
Started off with the lantern part, then the bigger buckle, then the Tombac Crotal sitting on top.

Dug a Henry shell 10.6mm cal.

Coolest find of the hunt was the Art Deco enamelled watch thingy

Dug another pin/brooch

The finds and the crap ola

Fun 2 hrs was had, lots of missed targets-just too many not to think that it was just not the new machine.
This is a no till site.

Digging up a bell never gets tiring.
Makes the hunt actually many times.
Clean the dirt out, hear it ring again after being silent for all that time.
Puts a smile on the face every time.

Snow must getting close for you now

It's getting close. I hit the road early in the week to get out to Western Colorado and back before the snow flew in the Rockies. I couldn't ask for better weather on the road last Tuesday.
