Is it stone or an antler? It looks like an awl

I don’t believe it was look at the image I posted. It’s a possibility though. I found one close to that as a kid I thought it was a tool but when I saw the large lime stone coming out the ground from a basement dig it all looked like odd shapes almost like it was liquid at one point and cooled seeping threw the ground. Also in the state of Ky.

I believe it to be a Tannery tool. It appears to have a scrapping edge while the pointed edge would
be for hole punching. Nice find. dz
