Artifact or Natural ???

Found this in a stream in Northern New Jersey in a known inhabited area for Native Americans. It's just over 6" in length and is flush on the backside. Is this something naturally made or man made?

Looks natural to me Mother Nature can do some amazing things!
 
Can you post pics of the back and a side view..... Could be natural but very symmetrical I'm sure somebody with more knowledge will chime in

Need pictures from all sides, top, bottom, both sides and both ends.

Who really knows? I wouldn't have given it a second look, but I'm in WV and find all kinds of brittle sandstone shaped like that. Do you know the material?
 
After looking at the pics I would say natural..... The sides don't look worked or have that serrated look that most hand made artifacts will have
