Here are a few finds I decided to put up since I finally know how to post pictures . My favorite is the gilt confederate script button that dosent show well because of the light.I cannot make out the back mark to concerned might damage it.You can really see the gilt if you use the zoom tool on computer.The Picklehaub helmet is neat only thing there is ,is the eagle symbol nothing else.Screw Barrel lock found in my yard wish I could find the key. Cinncinati Palace Hotel tag was neat find and they are still in business today. Most interesting find is the lead apron to a tube of some kind, that has a star on it and the writing is a little difficult to make out it was found nearby the confederate button. Buckle nice also along with the numbered tag. Lead civil war soldier looks to be off to another battle . vazutphen
