AT Max, in need of some words of wisdom.

Hi all,
Just joined here. I've got a new AT Max. My experience, only about a year with an old bounty hunter. Prior to that I've used mil spec models in the 80's and 90's as I was an EOD in the Navy for many years.
Looking for some tips and suggestions from folks who use the AT Max. Thanks in advance!

I run mine in ZERO mode. Easy machine to learn. Learn the machine by swinging over some known sample targets to learn the sounds. If you are in trashy spots run the small coil (I use the small coil all the time) for better separation. All though I have the Deus II, I still use my Max. Great machine!
