AT Pro Falsing?

People that own this metal detector are saying they are having falsing issues. If you own one, are you having this issue too? Im looking to purchase one but not sure if its a good time with reported issues. Thanks

The issue has been corrected in the newer production machines. Additionally, Garrett has been honoring repairs free of charge on the ones with the falsing problem. All that is required is to contact them, and pay postage to send it in. (been told that Garrett even paid postage on some, but no hard proof) $14.95 for USPS Priority Mail.

Either way, you can't go wrong.

Not really!

I can reliably say that as of the 25th of October Garrett most certainly have not fixed the falsing problems on the AT Pro.
At the beach this morning I was going nuts with the falsing situation. Fantastic isn't it?! Here in Oz we have to pay just on a thousand dollars for this piece of frail crapola and yet they still haven't got the bugs out of it.
Un-freaking-believable.

had the same problem over in the uk some of the second versions had a problem with the coils had to send mine back for a replacement if you look at the serial number I understand the problem ones start with a 51
