I need to know whats better the Garrett at pro or the gold i want to go in the beaches for rings in the water and look for gold nuggets please help.

Your best bet will be 2 different machines if you're talking saltwater beaches. A dedicated nugget machine and a waterproof multifreq VLF or PI machine for beach detecting.
