The 2026 Annual Atlantic City Beach Ball Drop will take place on Friday, May 22, kicking off the summer season. The free event features the release of 5,000 beach balls on the Boardwalk right outside Resorts Casino Hotel.

• Location: The Atlantic City Boardwalk, outside Resorts Casino Hotel (1133 Boardwalk)
• Time: The main beach ball drop will occur at 5:00 PM
• Activities: The drop will be preceded by the traditional "Opening of the Sea" ceremony at 1:00 PM, plus live entertainment, music, and special guests throughout the afternoon
