They won’t admit to any fault. They never do. I couldn’t tell you how many times I’ve called a phone company to have them investigate a problem, they check and tell me everything seems fine on their end, so it must be a problem on my end …. Yet ten minutes later magically everything starts working again.They Apologized and said they Strive to do Better ,
but no real explanation
It must be nice to get an automatic adjustment to the bill.They won’t admit to any fault. They never do. Yet ten minutes later magically everything starts working again.
They sent another message saying they were “making it right” by automatically applying a credit to the bill of affected customers that was “the average amount of one day’s service”. Something tells me if I divide my bill by 30, whatever amount they credit will be considerably less than that.
