Though I don't recognize the monogram and counter stamp, my first guess would be a 1/2 real Lima 1724. I don't know why there would be chop marks on such a small denomination.
 

Could be. I cant find a monogram without the S or horizontal centerline in any reference material for either Potosi or Lima.

Yes, it certainly could be.
I'm embarrassed since I had 25 cobs for sale in that same Sedwick auction and never saw the one you have referenced.

If you are going to the trouble of making an "imitation cob" you should make it a little larger denomination IMO. Who knows what those Hondurans were thinking.
