Attribution of strange 1/2 real cob

There is something like small counterstamp at 12 o'clock on obverse and some knife peck marks below. Style looks to be off, but the metal looks fine.
What could be the possible date with last 24 numbers visible?

Though I don't recognize the monogram and counter stamp, my first guess would be a 1/2 real Lima 1724. I don't know why there would be chop marks on such a small denomination.

Guessing: Felipe V, 1724 Potosi mint, 1/2 R.

Could be. I cant find a monogram without the S or horizontal centerline in any reference material for either Potosi or Lima.

I agree; it was tough enough just to find a monogram with the vertical line after the "V" (before the "S"), like here:

I'm embarrassed since I had 25 cobs for sale in that same Sedwick auction and never saw the one you have referenced.

If you are going to the trouble of making an "imitation cob" you should make it a little larger denomination IMO. Who knows what those Hondurans were thinking.
