What is the average wheat cents you get per box in your area? For me the average is 8 Per box

Sadly, 3. But I don't hit the cents until late fall - early winter. I try and get the Canadian.

To me the volume doesn't matter, a 50s wheat isn't much to get excited about. I only really track my pre 33s wheats.

Not into getting pennies from the bank but since I'm a cashier, I'll exchange money for whatever rolls are left at the end of the night. I just got 23 pre 82s in one roll, 8 of which were wheaties!

Joseph I know this might be more info thatn you wanted but thought I'd share for new penny CRHs. Out of a box of pennies I find roughly:

10.5 rolls worth of pre82 copper, of those...
10 to 20 wheats, of those...
1 to 2 pre 30s wheats (maybe even a teen),
plus 1 to 4 canadian pennies

One in 10 to 15 boxes I find an indian head
