Awesome Antique Broom !

I got this nice old broom today for $2 . I told my girlfriend she's welcome to use it to commute to & from work - looks like I'll be sleeping on the couch tonight .

Your lucky.....my wife would have beat me over the head with it if I said that. Hmmmm.....perhaps your girl has already cast her spell !! Kidding aside.....that's a pretty cool old broom....how old do you think it is?

I like that broom - a nice decorative antique. Pieces like that would have seen heavy use and nearly all would have been thrown away after reaching the end of their useful lifespan - which makes rescuing a survivor more satisfying.

Also like the commute offer. Good luck with that. You actually do need to see if she has a sense of humor. I once gave my wife a bat house for Mother's Day (its ok - she likes bats).
