i've not seen them all yet ::) but i've yet to see one with that shape. only seen more rounded baby spoons. not to say....
other wag -- sugar and 'master salt', but souvenir/commerative spoon makes best sense from here.

I recently found an even smaller pewter spoon that my friend says was made specifically for digging the marrow out of a large bone- I never would of guessed that!!
