Thanks my friend

Thanks Richard and hope you're doing well buddy!

Hey Bill thanks my friend, hope you're doing well and I appreciate it. Yes I know, I really love the colonial relics that we have in this part of Virginia..I've always enjoyed digging them just as much as I do the Civil War stuff...sometimes more. :occasion14: As far as the spoon goes, to put it in prospective, I've probably dug 40 spoon handles but only 2 that have been whole so I was pretty happy with this one. To tell you the truth, the dirt patina is soo thick on this one, I haven't really tried cleaning it off, there may very well be some markings on it however nothing visible through that layer of heavy dirt crust.

DAWG, what's up partner? Yes, its like I said above, its nice to visit your old hangouts every now and again, after the changeover of owners and the re-do of the forum, I fell off as I didn't really care for it....however, I've gotten use to it now so I don't mind it as much as I did before. Thanks for the post my friend

Lol, you're bad Collin ;D No, this site is ALL mine lol. Yes this site has been pretty good for the Spanish. Quite a bit of War of 1812 artifacts and buttons as well in another part of the property. Was looking forward to getting back out there today but wasn't able. HOPEFULLY tomorrow. How's England been treating you?
How's England treating me...well I have always got fishing this time of year :laughing7:

Nice cob Josh. That site is treating you well. I'm counting the weeks (months) until the crops are harvested and cooler weather prevails so I can get out and dig some colonial goodies!
