I spent a couple of hours at the creek yesterday.. was able to bring one home… with the crooked, offset base it leads me to call it a early woodland Kramer point.. I also believe it to be heat treated Burlington.. leaves are dropping, winters soon coming.. my season will be over soon.. hopefully a couple more hunts👍

... I don’t cheer for the cornshuckers, they always spoil the party.
I played U of Wyo.Look up last time wyo went to Madison and beat the badgers, I was there..
Iowa beat us in holiday bowl in that stretch, so did Okst and Barry Sanders...

Old subject I know but I am always curious when I see a snapped base whether it has any secondary edge work in the snapped area. Or if the brake was ancient or not?
I can see that this looks to be an acient brake with no secondary work on it. Hard to beleive they would just throw away a good knife?
