Cool finds. I love the lead pieces. The carved bullet looks like a chess piece maybe pawn or bishop. I have seen a lot of hand carved chess pieces found. I guess it was how they spent down time.

Congrats on some nice save. The carved bullet is very special. Probably a chess or game piece. They were carved a lot.

My buddy ifoundit69 thought it was a carved chess piece as well. Not sure why I thought it was a barrel cap. Maybe from staring at it too long!
