Back to Va Beach....two different spots today and lucked into gold ring #25 this year

I just got back from my CA trip and was itching to hit the beach. I had tried the oceanfront once and the Bay as well, even did some dirt hunting at a friends farm yesterday but hadn't been getting much, no surprise as good tgts have been few and far between from what I've been hearing.

First place I was able to pull out a nice 4.1 gram 10K class ring. It is a local high school and class of 2004 so it shouldn't be to had to track down the owner and effect a ring return...will keep ya posted on that one. Rest was all junk and clad but it was a beautiful day out and would have been nice even without the gold! Hope everyone else is getting some too!

It was mostly damp sand hunting today, a bit in the water but only knee deep. Need to get the wetsuit bottoms out soon! Drysuit after that!
