Indian head made my day

Went back to a old spot this afternoon for three or four hours.. It is a very neat place but has been hammered hard in the past.. Doesn't seem like there is a lot left there the last couple hunts, but I know there is still stuff there somewhere.. "allot of slip and miss.. Didn't find a whole lot this evening but caught one I don't have yet. Found a thick cent 1861 Indian that made the hunt. Also got a lock fly, two shot round balls, one a 54 and a 69 cal.... few other odds and ends. Happy hunting out there everyone..

Congrats on the "fatty". I think a lot of them get passed over because of the lower tone they give. They register square tab on my cz-3d.

I found a 1907 indian head with my compadre fairly deep. Their was not much left to it but i could make out the date. I keep going back to that spot hoping to find more coins but haven't. Even with the Tejon.
