Bakery that belonged to William Iles in Manitou, CO. William Iles can be seen standing in front of the doorway, his daughter Annie is in the doorway. The rest are tourist in the area visiting places such as Rainbow Falls, Pike's Peak & the Garden of the Gods. People would stop here for Sherbet (lemon powder mixed with the mineral water in the area), Antelope Pies, Beaver Beef and many other tasty treats. Trophies such as the Elk antlers could be bought and taken back home.
