✅ SOLVED Barclay soldier ID help

I dug this guy up last Saturday in an old yard. I can barely read some of what it says on the bottom of the base. BARCLAY # 741 or 711 MADE USA. I did a quick internet search at toysoldiercollectibles.com/barclaygallery but could not find this one. He looks like a parachuter? Any help on this would be appreciated.
