Barite?

[TheRockCollector]

Hey,
My friend was telling me that clear barite is more rare and expensive?
Is this true?
Thanks

In comparison to what? lol
"Gemmy" materials will most always command a high price compared to their lower quality counter parts.
But then again, I am not certain how common gemmy barite is either way.
