ok this recipe' works well with jumbo shrimps the best but i'm sure you could use mediums though i never have.
ingredients:
2-4lbs jumbo shrimp (lesser to fit your budget)
provolone cheese 1/2lb
1/2 to 1lb bacon
1 to 2 bottles of your favorite bbq sauce
First clean the shrimps well, removing all of the shell except for the tails. Clean out the sand vein on top.
Take a sharp knife an slice lengthwise the bottom of the shrimp(where the legs were) 3/4ths of the way through the shrimp. Stuff the shrimp with the provolone cheese (best if cut into strips) wrap a length of bacon around the shrimp an secure with 1 or 2 toothpicks put the shrimps into a container an pour bbq sauce over to cover.Let stand overnight in refrigerator, an bbq the next day. Enjoy!!!
