I'm new to the site and to hunting, but my newbie eye tells me that's a really cool point, I love the material! Nice find!
 
Anyone know the type? The stem area is different from what I have found before.
 
What a dandy, and the patina is awesome! It's possible that the notched ears broke off.

Wild material it looks GATECLIFF related middle to late archaic 5000 - 3000 B.P.

It does have a Gatecliff look to it but i would say more likely a Rabbit Island variety or even a Wallula. Kinda narrow for Gatecliff in my experience.
