Beach finds

Hello all,

New member here and have been detecting for a little less than a month.
Ive been lurking and absolutely love the "today's finds" and pictures!
I mostly find alot of junk, bottle caps, tabs,nails, etc.
I do find some change also. My two best finds so far are a silver ring and an earring.

I tend to hit the same spots that I find any jewelry in..and this certain area has turned up a bit..
most is junk costume jewelry. Ive gone over this same area many times. The ring and earring were found in the same general area in dry sand less than 2 inches..I assume they were recently lost. The earring was obviously lost from a purse etc as it wasnt worn..the back is still on it. I thought the earring was junk... but my better half insists its too heavy..and I am not going to argue with a pregnant woman about jewelry!! (Merry early X-Mas Dear!!)
I like the ring.
