I say enjoy it......

You just might spark another persons ( child's ) interest into becoming a treasure hunter...

Enjoy those times If you were a child would you want them to push you away.... I Don't think so....

I have had this happen many of times and I like to enjoy the moment.

Parents have thanked me many of times for taking the time out and show the kids....

--if their rude or bothersome brat types ---ask em --- didn't your folks tell you not to talk to strangers ? --

if their being polite and nice however --you can try being a human being and interacting with them or just move along to where they ain't or come at a time when its unlikely they will be there. (off hours / days)

if you go at "peak hours" expect to see other folks about and be prepred to deal with "hey mister whatcha doing ? " kids --its par for the course.
