My friend was very lucky when the water receded from the artificial reservoir, and it became possible to explore the land that was once hidden by the water. After a while everything was again flooded with water.
 

Mosaic glass lotus bead.
I century A.D. Egypt. Central band is composed of five cane sections of blue lotus (Nymphaea caerulea), - a symbolic depiction of resurrection: the lotus sinks underwater at night and re-emerges in the morning to bloom again. Height 14 mm, diameter 14 mm.
