Before and After Knife

I posted this one the other day with a big blade I had found in the same creek.
I soaked it in vinegar for a couple of days. Just took it out and wanted to show you the results. It’s got cortex on one side that will stay on of course. But let me know what you think. The wet pictures look really good and the dry pictures still look better than the previous ones.

Once in a while it doesn’t help. But one time I found a black chert point with thick stain so I soaked it and it was actually a white quartz. That was a surprise.
