It was a cold day but i went out for a hunt after work because a big snowstorm is coming tonight so it may be my last chance for awhile. The ground was ok to dig in some spots but mostly super hard everywhere else. I found a few random things but the better finds were a so so shape 1800’s police dome button and a nice old liniment bottle that i found in the same hole digging out the button. It says Bentley’s liniment but i never heard of that maker yet. Also my favourite find of the day is a great condition medium size crotal bell. It should clean up with a nice green patina when I’m done cleaning it up. I always like digging those. Any idea of the age? It has a longer top than the usual crotal bells i find. Thanks for looking and i’m lucky and glad to get out at all this time of year!
