Yup, looks like that to me also. What's it made out of?

I vote with duggap looks like a bell clapper to me as well. I live on the MS coast and as you might think I dig pounds of lead sinkers of all shapes and
sizes but this I think is a clapper. Too bad the bell wasn't around.
