4 boxes of dimes, mostly 2017

3 skunks, did find a 1964 Canadian silver dime in one box.

Plano Ammo-utility dry boxes work great for transporting halves.. Hold about $650 each roughly... Watch the handles though, hold em straight not at an angle like to open a door. Hoping to find a good deal on some actual metal ammo boxes, noisy but durable as all hell.

Ordered two boxes of halves and asked if they had any halves, they said no.

When I got home the head teller called me to let me know that they actually had $41.50 in the vault I ran back and bought them. 7 40% and 1 90% Kennedy.

Got two boxes from my favorite pickup bank, they thank me for getting them and then said anytime I want to order more just let them know!
I checked the ends first, there were 3 enders in one box, none in the other. Naturally I worked the box with the enders first, will do the other probably tomorrow.
I hit a real score on silver, in fact I got bummed when I opened a roll that didn’t have at least one silver! This must be how CRHing in the 70’s was!
I ended up with
34 40% Kennedys
17 90% Kennedys
1 90% 1943 Walking Liberty! My first Walker found in a box.

Next box, 2 of 2, had only 1 40% and a 1980 that was really nice. It was a real letdown after hitting the first box for 52 silvers!

haven't posted in over a month, that was when I got flamed for posting finds and "bragging" and causing more people to get into CRHing. I will give an update

I will update based on how I keep track of it on a piece of paper, I don't have dates on it and should, and will start to keep dates.

Halves:
2/16 3 skunks
2/23 2 boxes, box 1: 43 40% and 18 90% (8 Bens, 4 Walkers)
3/2 4 boxes 1 skunk, 1 w/ 5 40% & 4 90%, 1 box with 1 40%, 1 box with 1 40%
3/9 3 boxes 1 w/ 9 40% & 1 90%, 1 w/ 6 40% & 1 90%, 1 w/ 3 40%
3/16 3 boxes 1 w/ 5 40%, 1 w/ 12 40%, 1 w/ 2 40%
3/23 3 boxes ALL SKUNKS

last week I was told I wouldn't get boxes of halves so stopped at my coin counter bank and got two boxes of quarters, first had 2 silver quarters as I expected, don't do well with quarters

the second box was great for quarters! I got 36 silver Washingtons and 1 silver Canadian!! Never found that many in my entire life!

The head teller at one of my banks called today saying they have $34.50 in halves and did I want them. I said yes and ran down there and got them.

Skunk - two older loomis rolls and $14.50 in loose, no silver 1 NIFC

I also get a bag from the other bank of quarters, from a laundromat found 1 1964

Opened the two rolls with enders, the one with the nice 1967 was the only silver in that one, in the one with the 2016 proof it had another 1967. Hoping for the best on the rest!

should stick with half boxes, messed up on a dime bag, only half full but they charged me full price I think they grabbed the wrong bag off the machine, it was a new girl, found a 1964

bag of quarters a 2004 WI proof and 2 rolls of Ohio uncs in the bag, but skunked
