I'm not a great cook, but here's a recipe you have to try. I discovered this all by my little ole self, and I offer it here, free of charge.
Seriously, this is one of the best dishes I've ever had.
Boneless pork loin. (I like to boil them for a while, to lessen the baking time, but don't over do it).
After boiling, put them into your baking dish.
Cover with Italian seasoning (I like a lot).
Lay a few stripes of bacon over them.
More Italian seasoning.
Cover with French dressing.
Bake for about 45 minutes on 350 degrees.
