I was enjoying the break in the recent heat today at the park. As I was making my rounds I was thinking how nice it used to be to do this with friends. I'm just getting back into this hobby and the group I used to go out with are scattered throughout the country. It was then I heard a voice behind me ask if I had found anything. I turned around and there was four people all holding detectors. We chatted awhile and I felt like I had known these people for years. They invited me to attend their club meeting and I definitely will. It was a good day.
