Best Place To Trade Metal Detectors

Good Morning!

Just a quick question for those of you who have traded in your used metal detectors. I have a Fisher 1266-X in great condition, and I am looking to trade it it for a different brand & model for a change of pace.

Which dealer is the best on accepting trade-ins and the most honest?

In my experience, it is the dealer that you can visit in his store. Most are Leary of quoting you a price for a trade over the phone as they can't see or test the detector. You will get a better price by selling it yourself.
