Best Roman coin book?

So its my diggers birthday soon… he is obsessed by finding Roman coins.. so far he has had no luck… so to inspire him to dig deeper (or rub salt in his wounds 😆) i would like to buy him a nice book with pics of the coins he cant find!!! Any recommendations… before I commit to amazon’s most popular one! TIA x

Sorry I can not help you with the book, but there is an app that you might enjoy or may come in handy for identifying coins. It is free and called coinscope. Works pretty good.
On a side note I did aquire a couple of first century Roman coins when I lived near York. I have them packed away somewhere.
