Just pulled the trigger on a Lonestar today.Price was right and this is my first MD.Any help with settings or any other suggestions on how to get the most out of this would be appreciated.

I think the LoneStar first came out around 2004 and it is a good starter detector. I say that only because a lot of hunters think they want something better. The LoneStar is a good detector none the less. Good article know I just have to wait for the spring thaw.Plan on being the first on the beach and into the parks.
