This is drawer full of points and few other things that I culled out of my frame at on time or another. I'm going to take some more pictures but I just had loaded on my computer already. Mooch

holy smokes! you need to frame those! hmm that pipe looks to have some recent burn action

The only pipe in the picture is a tube pipe in the lower center. It is broken into 29 pieces but it mostly all there. It was found where a dozer plowed through a mound leveling for rice patties. The guy found part of it on top of the ground after the dozer went through. He said that he went back and dug into a burnt spot and found all of the little pieces. The piece that looks like a pipe in the lower left is a antler atlatal hook from a shell miden in southern Illinois. It is pictured in my frame of favorites in another post. I'll probably just keep stacking them in there. That picture was taken over a year ago its almost level full know.

Mooch, I would love to come to dinner & arrange those magnificent points into frames, boy that would be a fun day.

The atlatal hook has a hole that goes through it and is ringed on the back side. It appears that the piece was attached to shaft at a 90 degree angle rather then inline like normal.

the broken bannerstone are from Illinois, Arkansas,Missouri, and Ohio. Just always like killer broken bannerstones and pickd up when I had the chance.
